2021 Two Blocks Cabernet Sauvignon
Grown in our northern Coonawarra vineyard and sourced from two blocks, 3 and 4a, within this single vineyard. The larger berries of this block mean more juice and less tannin extraction, making it a fruit driven approachable style. A combination of 40% new and 60% second use hogsheads (300L)
The aroma has a lifted perfume and is full of dark cherry fruit with a touch of vanilla. The palate is bold and full, but has softness, spice and elegant tannins. An approachable Cabernet that will drink well now or cellar for up to 5 years.

TASTING NOTE:
The aroma has a lifted perfume and is full of plum with a touch dark cherry fruit. The palate is bold and full, but has softness, spice and elegant, fine tannins. An approachable Cabernet that will drink well now or cellar for up to 5 years.
VINTAGE NOTE:
2021 was a standout vintage in Coonawarra. Near perfect ripening condition and warm but mild weather kept the natural acidity of the wines fresh. Harvest decisions were precisely made
and optimal balance of ripeness and fruit
flavour was achieved. Overall, an early but
exceptional season.
