2021 Home Block Cabernet Sauvignon
Rich, elegant and full-bodied: A representation of Coonawarra
Home Block is an award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon, produced from vines surrounding the Tocaciu family home. It is a single vineyard parcel grown on terra rossa soil from vines planted in 1960.
Home Block was the first wine that Pat released for the family business. It shows the true essence of Coonawarra – rich, dark berry fruits and elegant tannins.

Bright acidity adds lift and precision, ensuring a long, persistent finish and excellent ageing potential.
VINTAGE NOTE:
2021 was a standout vintage in Coonawarra. Near perfect ripening condition and warm but mild weather kept the natural acidity of the wines fresh. Harvest decisions were precisely made and optimal balance of ripeness and fruit flavour was achieved. Overall, an early but exceptional season.
