Competition Terms & Conditions - Win A Year of Wine
Legal Entity:
"Patrick Of Coonawarra" refers to the company Patrick Of Coonawarra Pty Ltd, a registered and recognised entity under Australian law.
Eligibility:
1.1. This competition is open to individuals who are residents of Australia and are aged 18 years and above at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees, agents, family members, suppliers, or associated businesses of Patrick Of Coonawarra are not eligible to participate.
Entry:
2.1. One entry per person is allowed.
2.2. To enter, participants must follow the entry instructions provided in the competition promotion.
Prize Details:
3.1. The prize consists of a year-long supply of Patrick of Coonawarra wine, with an estimated value of $2,652.
3.2. The prize includes a total of 12 6-pack selections of Patrick Of Coonawarra wine, with each 6-pack to be sent to the address provided by the winner on a monthly basis over the course of 12 months.
3.3. Postage fees are included as part of the prize package.
3.4. Patrick of Coonawarra shall not be held responsible for any misdeliveries, postal delays, or other shipping-related issues. Once the prize is dispatched to the winner's provided address, any subsequent issues or discrepancies with the delivery process are beyond our control and responsibility.
3.5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or substituted by the winner.
Winner Selection:
4.1. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The decision is final and binding.
4.2. Patrick of Coonawarra reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is found to be fraudulent.
4.3. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the competition closing date.
4.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Patrick Of Coonawarra reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions:
5.1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.2. All entrants agree to be contacted by Patrick Of Coonawarra for marketing purposes and can unsubscribe at any time.
Governing Law:
6.1. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law.
6.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Publicity:
7.1. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to this competition.
Data Protection:
8.1. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation.
8.2. Personal data will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
No Association with Social Networks:
10.1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other Social Network.
